The city has a centuries-old tradition of research, production and marketing of truffles. The precious tuber is presented in several important exhibitions that take place in the month of February, in connection with the collection of prized black truffle, then at the end of July, when there is the black truffle, ending in the months of October and November with the triumph of the white truffle.
